4th of July Tour de France Stage 1 Viewing
Join PMBC for our first Tour de France get-together at Big Daddy's (SW corner of 40th St & Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee) on Saturday, July 4, from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. This will be day one of the biggest bicycle race in the world, and features a 15.5Km individual time trial over portions of the Grand Prix racing course in Monaco. Maricopa and Hidden Valley Feedlot and Melon Field Tour
Since not everybody has a day off for the 4th this weekend, we're moving our holiday romp to Sunday morning this year. Join us on Sunday, July 5th for the first in a series of rides hosted by PMBC in the City of Maricopa, the "Maricopa and Hidden Valley Feedlot and Melon Field Tour" starting at Pacana Park in Maricopa. Route is 48 miles, no climbing, very low traffic. See Ride Schedule for more information.
White Mountain Tour
PMBC's White Mountain Tour is just a few short weeks away, July 11 and 12. If you have not registered yet, get your registration in now to avoid the late fee, which takes affect July 1st. 2009 White Mountain Tour - Saturday-Sunday, July 11-12, 2009
The desert heat will soon be here in full force and you'll be begging for some relief. Escape the Valley's heat on PMBC's 2-day White Mountain Tour up in the cool high country of eastern Arizona. Day one of the tour will take you through Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low and on to Springerville. Day two will take you from Springerville up into the beautiful forests near Greer and the Sunrise ski area turnoff, followed by a exhilerating down hill run back to the start at the Hon-Dah Resort.
